Fasenra (benralizumab) is a prescription injectable medication (30 mg) used as an add-on maintenance treatment for severe eosinophilic asthma in adults and children aged 6 and older. It reduces eosinophils to decrease asthma attacks and improve breathing, administered subcutaneously every 4 weeks for the first 3 doses, then every 8 weeks.
