Taken once daily (3 tablets) with food, it achieves 95-99% cure rates, usually over 8 weeks. Key Details:

• Indication: Chronic HCV (genotypes 1–6), including patients with or without compensated cirrhosis and those previously treated with NS5A or NS3/4A inhibitors.
• Dosage: The standard dose is three 100 mg/40 mg tablets taken together once daily with food.
• Effectiveness: 8-week treatment for treatment-naive patients without cirrhosis; 12-16 weeks for those with cirrhosis.
• Key Warnings: Before starting Mavyret, patients must be tested for Hepatitis B virus (HBV) reactivation, as this can cause serious liver failure.

It is not known whether X Vir 0.5mg Tablet will reduce your chances of getting liver cancer or liver damage (cirrhosis), which may be caused by chronic HBV infection.
